Traditional support plans are often transactional: fix this bug, respond to this ticket, update this plugin. We take a stewardship-oriented approach to ongoing support, grounded in:

  • We help you proactively manage:
  • Risk from updates and platform changes
  • Accessibility drift as content changes
  • Editorial workflows that affect quality and compliance
  • Long-term performance and sustainability
  • We aim for confidence, not chaos:
  • Scheduled check-ins, not just reactive tickets
  • Regular planning, not just ad-hoc fixes
  • Conversations about direction, not just tasks
  • No loss of institutional memory as teams change

Teams

Teams responsible for platforms that must endure.

Groups

Groups that need continuity through turnover over long periods of time.

Organisations

Organisations who prioritise accessibility and governance.

People

People seeking proactive ideas and guidance, not reactive fixes.

If that sounds like your situation, we’d love to talk about what ongoing stewardship looks like for you.

Ongoing stewardship is scoped around a specific platform, such as a faculty site, research project, or outreach platform – rather than an entire institution. To give an indication, most of our ongoing support arrangements for teams typically fall within £300 – £1,500 per month (ex VAT).

This usually reflects:

  • The complexity and risk profile of the platform
  • The level of proactive involvement required
  • Accessibility, governance, and compliance considerations
  • The internal capacity of the team we’re supporting

Larger or more complex platforms, or multiple related systems, may require a higher level of involvement. Final scope and pricing are always agreed collaboratively, based on responsibility rather than task volume.

It has been a delight working with 10 Degrees for our website needs. As a small team, we really value having access to regular support for any urgent issues that arise, as well as the maintenance of our site.

The support service provided by 10Degrees has been invaluable. The team knows our system inside out and works logically to solve issues and answer queries as they occur. It’s always great to know there’s a human at the end of the line who can help.

COO, The Sustainability Group

Over the last ten years 10 Degrees have played a major role in the development of the National Cipher Challenge, an annual outreach competition for UK schools designed to promote maths and computing. They paid particular attention to the needs of its young participants, including a focus on their privacy and the provision of a safe community for them.
