A third of your life is spent at work – make that time enjoyable by doing something you love with a great team.
Why work at 10 Degrees?
We’re committed to delivering a top quality service to our clients, both technically and from a service experience perspective. We strive for continual improvement and to be at the forefront of our industry.
We have strong ethical and inclusive business values and believe in giving back to our community, read more about how we do that. We expect and encourage our team to display these values too.
We’ve been steadily growing since our first recruit nearly four years ago and we plan to continue growing at a sustainable pace for a while to come. Last year we were a Wirehive Finalist in the Fastest Growth category, something we’re very proud of.
Family Values and Wellbeing
We work hard but strive for a sensible work/life balance. We’re a family-focussed business that promotes mental and physical wellbeing in our office through initiatives such as free fruit and healthy snacks, sit/stand desks and promoting physical activity during breaks (e.g. table tennis!)
