Editorial customisation
Totaljobs Group
We’ve enabled efficient editorial control for the eleven brands in the Totaljobs Group. Since 2016 10 Degrees has developed a harmonised WordPress-based product, to meet Totaljobs’ exacting requirements.
The brief
Totaljobs – part of the StepStone group of companies – required technical on-site consultancy to help manage their portfolio of WordPress websites. After the initial consultancy, this developed into a long-term relationship, with 10 Degrees providing advice and development to improve the experience for their content editors and millions of website visitors.
Editorial customisation
We developed a WordPress-based product for managing and presenting editorial content. This required innovative solutions to deliver tightly-specified experiences for users and content managers, across candidate, recruiter and press audiences. This long-term project now runs thirty websites for all eleven brands.
Custom workflows
Integrating StepStone’s internal Company Reviews API with WordPress allowed content managers to create marketing campaigns with multi-step user journeys – directing users to different outcomes depending on the responses. Content editors can choose different review widgets depending on context, which meant this integration was used in multiple campaigns.
Long-term partnership
Since our initial consultancy in 2016, we have worked on a variety of projects. We’ve not only written plenty of code, but advised on hosting and development workflows. 10 Degrees are integrated with multiple teams across StepStone in the UK and Europe.

We required WordPress best practice for database structure, workflow management and multilingual, which Jonny at 10 Degrees provided through a number of days of on-site consultancy. 10 Degrees’ expert advice was invaluable in helping us make strategic decisions on the configuration of our enterprise CMS.
