How it Works
Our consultancy process
We’ll start with an initial telephone call to discuss the issues you’re facing. We’ll learn about your business and the challenges you’re facing to determine how best we can support you.
Understanding Your Requirements
We’ll follow up with our understanding of your requirements and propose an approach that fits with your organisational goals (e.g. 5 x on-site consulting days).
We’ll book in your consultancy with our director or a senior developer who’ll be on-site or will work with you remotely to solve your problems.
During the consultancy period we’ll provide written reports and documentation with recommendations on best practice. This will include practical tips and examples of how to implement our recommendations.
After the consultancy we’ll follow up with you via telephone or Skype to see if you need any further advice or development support.
