How it Works
We may ask to perform a site audit on your site before taking it under WordCare – this only occurs if we didn’t built your site and ensures there are no surprises.
Each month we’ll perform security checks on your website and update WordPress and any plugins that require updating. We’ll test and check any updates to ensure they cause no problems – if they do, we’ll fix those problems.
We’re available via email and phone during business hours. We will respond to you promptly and work to find solutions as quickly and effectively as possible.
Included in your plan is a number of change requests. If you make a request to change, add or delete something from your website that requires us to write some code or configure something in WordPress then that counts as a change request. It allows you to make small incremental improvements to your site.
Monthly Activity Report
We’ll send you a monthly report, at the end of each period with our activity on your site as well as a speed performance report – these reports are accessible anytime in your own WordPress Dashboard via our WordCare Plugin.
Premium Plugin License Management
We will proactively managed the renewals of your premium plugins on your behalf and ensure they are kept up to date.
WooCommerce updates can be complex and require careful handling to ensure they can be safely applied without negatively affecting transactions.
Personalised Knowledge Base
Your personalised knowledge base is an open shared document, which we will update with helpful information about your website, such as common support requests in order to empower you to get the most out of your WordPress website. This is stored online and is available to anyone in your organisation who needs to work on the website.
Our heatmap report will give you valuable insight into how well your audience is engaging with elements on your website, such as where they are clicking and how far down they are scrolling. Our package covers 3 specified pages of your website and up to 2,000 page views per day.
We will performance manage your website on a monthly basis by running your site through GTmetrix for benchmarking. We push updates to your website to maintain top scores and keep page loading times down.
Twice a year we will run one of our comprehensive website audits on your website. These detailed reports cover themes, plugins, security, performance and user management. Each report comes with recommendations for improving your site.
