WordPress and Laravel are open source software and are continually being improved and updates released. As with all software, it’s important that it’s kept up to date to remain safe and secure.

Our care plans provide you with peace of mind that your website is being kept safe, secure and continually improving so that you don’t fall into the typical 3-4 year lifespan of a website.

More than just maintenance

Our care service offers continual improvement which means that you get guaranteed development time each month to take your website to the next level on a continual basis. As part of our package we offer telephone and email support directly with our team. 

Organisations typically use this retained time for incremental improvements to the website. We offer defined SLAs for each of our clients.

We use Zendesk to manage client requests so you can be confident your query will always get answered in a timely manner.

Zendesk keeps track of every support request that we receive so that we are always able to respond quickly and efficiently.

Websites under our care packages include the following value-added services:

    If we discover or learn about a new critical vulnerability that affects your website, we will update or remove the affected software within 24 hours.

    We run regular scheduled updates to your website on a monthly basis. Software updates are run manually on a copy of your website, checked by a human, and then run on your live site to ensure stability.

    Each care plan offers a number of change requests per month that you can use for incremental improvements to your website without any additional costs being incurred. These are great for small tweaks and changes to your website.

    10 Degrees is built on the foundation that we believe strong long-term relationships are key to ours, and your success. Having partners that you can rely on and trust is paramount to any organisation – and we ensure this is the case with you and our team.

    Call us during business hours to discuss new ideas, problems with your site or for a catch up on upcoming work. We’re available Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (UK time).

    We provide email support that’s managed via our Zendesk account. We’re available Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (UK time) for email support. We aim to reply within four working hours and resolve most issues same-day.

10 Degrees’ care service is really helpful to us because it gives us peace of mind: all of the 10 Degrees team are familiar with our site, and so small changes and technical fixes happen quickly.
