Why work at 10 Degrees?

10 Degrees is a software development agency specialising in WordPress development, based in Wokingham Berkshire. The business was founded in 2009 by our director, Jonny, originally working as a freelancer. Our first team member joined in 2014 and we have seen steady growth ever since.

We are software developers that specialise in custom design and development of WordPress themes, plugins, and bespoke functional builds.

We are a small agency with a big heart and put a big emphasis on an open, honest and transparent approach to business and prioritising the wellbeing of our employees.

Ethical and inclusive

We have strong ethical and inclusive business values and believe in giving back to our community, read more about how we do that. We expect and encourage our team to display these values too. This year we were the winner of the Wirehive100 ‘Agency for good’ category – demonstrating how important these values are to us.

Family values and wellbeing

We work hard but strive for a sensible work/life balance. We’re a family-focussed business that promotes mental and physical wellbeing in our office through initiatives such as free fruit and healthy snacks, sit/stand desks and promoting physical activity during breaks (e.g. table tennis!)

Technical excellence

We’re committed to delivering a top quality service to our clients, both technically and from a service experience perspective. We strive for continual improvement and to be at the forefront of our industry.

Sustainable growth

We’ve been steadily growing since our first recruit in 2014 and we plan to continue growing at a sustainable pace for a while to come. Last year we were a Wirehive Finalist in the Fastest Growth category, something we’re very proud of.

But what is it really like to work at 10 Degrees? We asked our team to tell us what they really think, see what they had to say.
