Sales and Marketing Administrator

We’re recruiting for a brand new, pivotal role at 10 Degrees and are looking for the perfect person to drive forward our growth plans to support our strategic direction. The business is rapidly evolving and this new role needs somebody who is self-motivated, proactive, likes implementing a lot of change and is enthusiastic about carving out and embedding a brand new role within our business.

About the role

You will act as the lynchpin in our sales, marketing and account management processes. You will be responsible for running our lead generation campaigns, client communications, owning our social media channels, owning all sales and marketing reporting and administration.

Responsibilities will include:

New business development
  • Manage the implementation and monitoring of our proactive lead generation campaigns, including:Managing LinkedIn profiles and campaigns using Sales Navigator, building relationships and moving conversations on to something more meaningful
  • Using data to re-target connections and stimulate conversations
  • Qualification of new sales leads
  • Provide first line response to all sales enquiries
  • Coordinate the sales process for qualified leads through to closure by prompting client meetings, scheduling calendars, calls, touch points, keeping the CRM updated and other general sales administration for the directors
Nurturing our existing clients
  • Deliver client communications (email campaigns, christmas cards, client gifts etc)
  • Manage our NPS surveys and reporting, identifying opportunities to improve our service
  • Ownership of our client referral scheme
  • Manage the calendar of client engagement, monitoring targets and long term goals for each client and defining the plan for delivery against them

About you

You are a results-driven person who understands the sales cycle and can proactively drive lead generation activities.

You’re an excellent communicator (you know the right things to say and how to say them), with a passion for organising (plans, maps, spreadsheets – you always know where everything is at) and meticulous attention to detail.  You have experience of curating and publishing content (especially using WordPress) and have an interest in technology, particularly where it can provide solutions that others can’t.

  • Competitive industry salary of £22,000-£26,000, subject to experience
