We’ve had a very busy summer so far here at 10 Degrees. Quality talent acquisition takes time, and after many months of searching we are delighted to welcome three new developers in the team. This takes our team up to 11 permanent team members now – our largest team size, so far.

Meet our new team members

Ben Rutland

Ben joined 10 Degrees in June, bringing more than 4 years commercial experience as a WordPress and PHP Developer. Ben really enjoys writing front end code, particularly Vue and SCSS, and seeing the results come to life.

“My first few months have been really fun despite the steep learning curve!”

Baber Parweez

Baber also joined the team in June. Baber has a degree in Computing and Web Development and spent almost 3 years as a developer at a local digital marketing agency before joining 10 Degrees. He enjoys writing clean, reusable code and improving code processes.

“My early experience at 10 Degrees has been really exciting! I have learned so much in such a short amount of time”

Alice Williams

Alice joined the team in August as a Junior Developer. She has just graduated with a very impressive First-class honours BSc in Computer Science. Alice particularly enjoys working with CSS and using it to create beautiful websites.

“I wanted to join 10 Degrees because of the friendly atmosphere and the healthy work-life balance that they promote.”

Welcome to the 10 Degrees family Ben, Baber & Alice! It’s great to see you settling in so well and so quickly. To see how the whole team is shaping up now, head over to our About page.

We’re always on the look for new talent to join our growing team. If you think that might be you, keep an eye on our Careers page for the latest opportunities.
