10 Degrees Retreat 2024

Written by Louise in Culture

The 10 Degrees team have just spent a long weekend in Canford Cliff Hills (Poole) for our annual retreat. We spent quality time together goal setting for 2025. We also completed fun tasks and challenges, we cooked, we baked, we went on walks, we played pool and darts, but most of all we laughed a lot and got to know each other just that little bit more.

The purpose of our retreats is to bring the team together to run strategy workshops which take us outside of our day-to-day activities. We sprinkle our work-focussed sessions with social and team building exercises that help foster deeper relationships with each other.

Being together from Thursday through to Sunday allows us to take a step back, explore new ideas and collectively set goals for the forthcoming year. This year we ran sessions on our year-to-date business performance, charity giving strategy, new product development and 2025 goal setting.

Here are a few photos of our time together:

We were a short walk from the beach for a quick dip in the sea.
John and Ben reviewing the ideas for our latest 10 Degrees product.
One of the many team building exercises that we completed together.
We shared cooking responsibilities as a team.
