We’re kicking off 2021 with some changes and a new approach to how we manage 10 Degrees. 2020 taught us many things, but one thing that stood out for us was to play to our strengths. For 10 Degrees that means refocussing our services and restructuring our management.
As one of our clients, you may already know Lynda, who’s been with 10 Degrees since the beginning but has been primarily in the background as our Commercial Director. Lynda loves to meet new people, build relationships and has a passion for business which will play to her strengths in her new role as Managing Director.
I will take on a new role as Technical Director, allowing me focus on defining solutions to client projects, managing project delivery and leading our innovation.

I’m excited for this new challenge and feeling positive about guiding and evolving the business through these current unusual times.
For 11 years, all of our business as come through word of mouth and referrals and we are so thankful for all your support. Building strong relationships with our clients and partners is something that I truly believe in.
Having been in the background, I’m looking forward to stepping back into client-facing conversations and strengthening those relationships further. I love to chat and I’m passionate about business. So I’m looking forward to getting to know you and your organisations better over the next few months and exploring new ways for us to work together.
I’m not a developer, but don’t worry, you’ll still get to have your technical conversations with Jonny – best of both worlds! This change of roles plays to our individual strengths and allows Jonny to focus on technical innovation – driving the development of digital products that allow our clients to digitally transform. That’s where we see the strength of 10 Degrees – developing products and bespoke functionality that enable you to improve your digital efficiency and performance.
